PRECIOUS BLOOM is a home-based business in Ottawa, Canada, which up until March 2020 and COVID-19, was solely engaged in designing and hand-making two product lines: organic baby accessories; and doll clothing and accessories for 18-inch girl and boy dolls such as American Girl. However, since March 2020, we have pivoted and are now hand-making a variety of cotton and specialty-fabric face masks and face mask pouches to meet the needs for these products in Canada and the United States.
